When their long-standing leader stepped away in January of 2024, Jon stepped in to provide Interim Direction to the team, which included overseeing day to day operations, driving specific projects related to the leadership transition, and leading the search for the next leader. A hire was completed in November of 2024. The Jamison Group maintains an ongoing consulting relationship, supporting the new director, board projects, and business operations.
